If the Professional decides to enter into a contract with one of the presented suppliers, MON COURTIER ENERGIE will receive a remuneration from the partner supplier. MON COURTIER ENERGIE will not charge the Professional any fees for the energy brokering service.

Acting as an independent intermediary, MON COURTIER ENERGIE, through its brokering network, supports the Professional in the process of signing an energy supply contract with the chosen supplier. MON COURTIER ENERGIE acts impartially and does not represent or act on behalf of any energy supplier. The energy supply contract is concluded directly between the Professional and the supplier; MON COURTIER ENERGIE is neither a party nor an agent in this contract and cannot be held responsible for its execution, terms, or consequences.

In the context of brokering services, MON COURTIER ENERGIE ensures that the offers presented align with the Professional's needs, particularly regarding proposed rates, contract duration, and consumption criteria provided by the Professional. The offers in the comparison may evolve depending on pricing or contractual changes made by the suppliers, and MON COURTIER ENERGIE cannot be held responsible. It is the Professional's responsibility to verify the final terms of any offer before subscribing.

The indicative budget provided in the comparison is estimative and may vary depending on various factors, such as the provider's management or setup fees, the Professional's actual consumption, and the type of contract selected.
